(Asshuara’) 26 : 215
وَاخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
And lower your wings to those who follow you from the believers.
The believer who testifies Adhikr will be kind towards believers, and neutral towards other people, and harsh upon the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar as told in verse 48: 29. See explanation 9: 71-72; 12: 108 and 15: 88.
